Warranty service is performed by our manufacturer-authorized in-house master watchmaker or at a manufacturer-authorized service center.

The Oliver Smith Jeweler Signature Pre-Owned Timepiece Warranty does not cover external parts, shock damage, water damage, damage due to abuse, or other normal wear and tear.
