Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Oliver Smith Jeweler is proud to offer free, expedited 2-day shipping on all purchases. Most orders are processed within two business days of receipt. Our standard shipping method is UPS 2nd-Day Air. Rush shipment is available for an additional fee.
International Shipping
Oliver Smith Jeweler is a US-based company and additional shipping charges will apply for international orders. The purchaser is responsible for paying any customs, VAT, or duties required by their local country. To find out if we ship to your location outside of the US, please contact us.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within two business days of receipt of the order. Our business days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
Insurance and Delivery
All of our shipments are fully insured. To ensure your product arrives safely, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that Oliver Smith Jeweler is not responsible for delivery issues, including fraudulent or voided signatures.
Shipping Address Policy
Our policy requires that we ship to the address registered to your credit card and driver’s license. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location without prior notice.
Shipping Your Watch to Oliver Smith Jeweler
When selling or trading your watch with Oliver Smith Jeweler, we will provide a fully insured shipping label. Please pack the timepiece and all associated materials, including the watch box, authenticity paperwork, and purchase records, in a new cardboard box. Place the internal label inside the box before sealing it, and the external label on the outside of the package.
Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, Oliver Smith Jeweler offers a 10-day easy return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any unworn item in its original condition within 10 days of the shipment date for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
Sales items are final and cannot be returned.
Payment Policy
First-Time Clients
For first-time clients, we require payment via wire transfer. This policy helps us deter against fraud and ensures the security of our transactions. Once the wire transfer is received, your product will be held for 14 business days before shipment.
In-Store Payments
We accept all major credit cards for in-store purchases. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Warranties
Oliver Smith Jeweler Signature Pre-Owned Timepieces come with a 2-year warranty covering internal mechanism defects. Warranty service is performed by our manufacturer-authorized in-house master watchmaker or at a manufacturer-authorized service center. The Oliver Smith Jeweler Signature Pre-Owned Timepiece Warranty does not cover external parts, shock, water damage, damage due to abuse, or normal wear and tear.
