Inside Watches & Wonders 2026

Watches & Wonders is where the year's most anticipated timepieces make their debut. Explore our team's favorites of the standout novelties, design directions, and brand highlights from the 2026 show.

What Stood Out This Year

A closer look at the themes, design directions, and standout shifts that shaped Watches & Wonders 2026.

Mixing Up Metals

This year brought a return of some beloved references, but with a metallic twist. Some classic sports watches known for steel debuted in platinum, while other models known for their white gold heft made a comeback in tried-and-true steel.

Refined Sizes & Shapes

Case sizes continued to trend smaller and slimmer, with a renewed focus on wearability and elegance. Several new releases stood out for their striking, non-round silhouettes. Square, tonneau, asymmetrical, there's no shortage of creative case shapes to choose.

A Return to the Stars?

As the country celebrates our return to the Moon with NASA's successful Artemis II mission, it appears a few brands have their eyes on the stars. Could there be more space-bound watches in our future?

Cartier

Cartier reveals the essence of its watchmaking expertise through a unique mastery of savoir-faire.

At Watches and Wonders 2026, Panerai returns to its natural territory: the underwater world. Born as a supplier of precision instruments for the Italian Navy, the Maison continues creating watches around one rule - performance must be proven. This year’s booth turns that philosophy into a walk-through story, moving from water resistance to material research and extended power reserve.

Since inception, Bremont has been dedicated to crafting purposeful, resilient, and highly engineered watches that can perform in the most demanding environments. Built on the belief that adventure should have no ceiling, our watches have been constructed to withstand all the elements and conquer the land, sea, and air. We have always reached for the skies. Now it’s time to take it further – space.

The Supernova Chronograph is the first in an entirely new product universe for Bremont. A contemporary 41mm integrated-bracelet chronograph in 904L steel, with a black ceramic decahedral bezel and a dial inspired by spacecraft solar array geometry. This is a watch that belongs where it's going.
Bremont is set to become the first British watch brand to live on the Moon. The brand-new Supernova Chronograph will fly aboard American aerospace company Astrolab’s Lunar Terrain Vehicle (LTV) FLIP rover to the lunar south pole as part of Astrobotic’s Griffin Mission One (Griffin-1), scheduled in the second half of the year (2026). When it lands, it remains on the surface. Not as a passenger. As a permanent resident.
Bremont’s Supernova Watch has been integrated into the chassis of the FLIP rover via A CUSTOM‑ENGINEERED TILE PLATE DESIGNED TO SECURELY HOUSE THE WATCH, and will undergo the same NASA protocol testing program as FLIP, in order to withstand the rigours of launch, flight and survival on the Moon.

Each Cyrus timepiece encompasses the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Engineered by the talented master watchmaker Jean-François Mojon, each creation combines cutting-edge design with innovative mechanics.

Norqain leaned into both innovation and playfulness at Watches & Wonders 2026, highlighted by ultra-light technical pieces like the Wild ONE Skeleton X-Lite and bold complications such as the new Skeleton Chronograph. The brand balanced that technical push with personality-driven releases, most notably the colorful Freedom Chrono “Enjoy Life – Sprinkles,” reinforcing Norqain’s identity as a younger, energetic player in Swiss sports watches.
