Here’s How You Can Participate: 
Our live auctions are the perfect opportunity to acquire luxury watches and jewelry at unbeatable prices. Simply pre-register using the link above, and once approved, you will receive the Zoom event link. For new clients, verification of your driver's license and credit card information may be required.

How the Auction Works:

Bidding: Submit your bids using the private chat feature to Oliver Smith during the live Zoom event. Our auctioneers, George Reid and Oliver Smith, will acknowledge bids in real-time. We’ll also conduct a quick practice on how to submit bids before the auction begins to ensure a smooth, competitive bidding environment.

Payment: Payments are due by Thursday, October 15th, via wire transfer only. Wire instructions will be provided on that day. Purchases for new clients may be held for 10 business days from the date the wire is received.

Shipping: Once payment is received and processed, your items will be shipped within the United States. Please note, there will be a $100 shipping charge for insured shipping.

Auction Pieces Preview: Auction lots will be listed on our website by Friday, September 25th, and we will notify you via email once they are live. We encourage you to preview the items in person at our Scottsdale Gainey Flagship location before the event, or reach out to our team for any questions.

In-Person Attendance: This auction will primarily focus on Zoom participation, but you're welcome to join us at our Scottsdale Gainey showroom. To RSVP, please email info@oliversmithjeweler.com or inform your preferred sales associate. We kindly ask in-person attendees to limit conversation and background noise for the comfort of our online participants.

Unable to Attend Live? Contact a member of our sales team to explore alternative bidding options, including submitting a ghost bid through a member of our team.

No auction fees will be charged, and shipping costs are not included
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion
