The Submersible PAM00979 CarbotechTM is a recent product of Panerai’s Laboratorio di Idee. As well as ensuring absolutely exceptional technical performance, carbotech has an irregular, matt black appearance, which varies according to the cut of the material: the result is that each individual example is different from all the others and unrepeatable. The white figure markers on the dial are “placed” on top of the dial, creating a brighter luminescence.. The white Panerai hand in the subsidiary small seconds dial is the only contrasting element and it accentuates the strong sports personality of the watch. The dial featured on this piece is also made out of carbon fiber, giving a geometric patterned appearance.
